While it may be more economical in the short run to hire less experienced consultants, the payoff comes with a project done with less resources, in less time, with a better overall quality. Our hiring profile for a typical consultant is: 2-5 years of experience with SAP, multiple projects as a consultant, a technical and functional background, with good communication and mentoring skills. Hiring is based solely on referrals, we only want consultants that have a reputation for being top performers. We are not in the business of providing junior consultants.
